Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Moorabbin
Gi and competition BJJ for kids, teens and adults under the Bushido Jiu Jitsu banner. Learn leverage and technique over brute strength. Your first week is free.
The gentle art, taught properly
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling art built on leverage, timing and technique, so a smaller person can control and submit a bigger opponent. Our classes cover positions, escapes, sweeps and submissions in a structured curriculum, with plenty of drilling and live rolling once you are ready. Classes are led by Jolyon Foster, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, with coaches Mick Moloney and Olavo Abreu.
